Cooking With Camel Milk: Raisin Cookies

   It’s hard to beat a tasty, healthy snack to get you through the day. If done right, you can enjoy something sweet, while still maintaining a healthy diet. These paleo-approved camel milk raisin cookies are sure to impress whoever gets their hands on them. Strict paleo followers are unable to consume dairy, however camel milk is an exception. DromeDairy™ Raisin Cookies

Prep Time: 7 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes


-½ Cup of Almond Flour

-½ Cup of Raisins

-1 Tablespoon of Vanilla

-¼ cup of DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk

-1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

-3 Cups of Almond Meal

-¼ Cup of Applesauce

-1 Large Egg (I usually purchase at a farmer’s market)


  1. Go to the oven and preheat to 350F.
  2. Obtain a large mixing bowl and whisk.
  3. Add ½ a cup of Almond Flour, ¼ cup of DromeDairy™ Camel Milk and 1 Egg.
  4. Then add ¼ cup of Applesauce, 1 tbsp. Of Cinamon, 1 tbsp. Of Vanilla and 3 cups of Almond Meal.
  5. Whisk until sufficiently blended.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
  7. Place in the oven & bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool until ready to serve!
