The DromeDairy™ Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

   Protein shakes are an the ideal way to start or conclude a workout. However, the primary complaint I hear from athletes is that traditional cow’s milk upsets their stomachs before an intensive workout. There's an easy fix! The DromeDairy™ Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients:

-1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder (You can use whatever flavor you’d like, I use vanilla).  

-1 ½ cups of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk.

-1 Banana (You can use more if you’d like).

-3 Spoon Fulls of Creamy Peanut Butter

-5 to 7 Ice Cubes (Will determine thickness).

   Toss all these ingredients in your blinder and flip it on!  Then stir and pour. Just like that you’ll have a delicious protein shake, perfect for your pre or post workout routine.
