Cooking With Camel Milk: Chicken Dinner

   I rarely cross paths with someone who doesn’t enjoy chicken. There’s so many ways to create a fantastic dish, but I can provide a few ways to make it unique and healthy. Additionally, this meal is great for the kids. Enjoy!

Chicken Dish with Camel Milk Sauce 

(Entree For Two)


-2 boneless chicken breasts (purchasing gmo / additive free, farm raised is recommended)

-1 small free range egg

-Rock salt & pepper

DromeDairy™ Sauce:

-2 Cups of DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk

-¼  cup almond flour

-½ stick of butter (usually use ghee or unsalted, low fat)

-Rock salt & pepper

-Sprinkle cayenne pepper


Begin to heat a cooking pot on low

  1. Melt your choice of butter in a stockpot add the flour & egg then mix well.
  2. Cook for at least one minute at low heat.
  3. While stirring add DromeDairy™ camel milk.
  4. Then you will have a sauce blend.
  5. Feel free to season it with salt and cayenne pepper.
  6. Stir on low heat for another minute.
  7. Keep the finished sauce at a warm temperature and move to the chicken.
  8. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  9. Heat a skillet at medium temperature.
  10. Add the chicken breast and cook thoroughly on each side for 3 minutes.
  11. Pre-heat oven at 325F.
  12. Remove the skillet and apply the finished sauce to the cooked chicken breast.
  13. Place the skillet in the oven for 10 minutes.
  14. Remove, place the finished product on a plate, apply the remaining DromeDairy™ sauce.

   This dish fits fantastic with a salad of any kind. Your family is sure to enjoy this healthy dish, as I do. Although it may seem tedious, it’s an easy process anyone can master. Give it a shot and most importantly, enjoy!
