I wanted to mix it up a bit, and share an awesome side dish. Cauliflower is an awesome vegetable and it’s really nice to have with a meal. Want to make it even healthier, add some camel milk. Check it Out!
The DromeDairy™ Cauliflower Casserole
(Will Fill A Large Baking Dish)
Ingredients:
-4 slices of bread (your choice of bread, I use wheat).
-Cauliflower (However much you want to purchase)
-Ghee
-6 cloves of garlic
-1 cup of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk
-Your choice of cheese (I usually use low fat cheddar)
-¾ tablespoon of salt
-¾ tablespoon of pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Toast bread until golden brown and place in a food processor, process until crumbs measure to 3 cups.
Cook cauliflower in boiling water 15 minutes and drain water using strainer.
Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee in a skillet on medium heat.
Add 3 garlic cloves.
Cook for 7 minutes (stirring frequently)
Add all purpose flour into a measuring cup and make sure it’s level.
Add flour and cup of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk.
Whisk until blended.
Put pan on low and cook for 2 minutes or it appears thick (constantly stir)
Add 3/4 tablespoon salt, choice of cheese, and cracked pepper.
Remove and add to cauliflower.
Put cauliflower and mix into baking dish coated with ghee.
Melt 1 teaspoon of ghee in a skillet on medium heat.
Add 3 garlic cloves
Cook until they appear light brown.
Remove from heat.
Add breadcrumbs.
Add remaining garlic and ghee mix,
Add breadcrumbs evenly over the cauliflower.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
