Cooking With Camel Milk: Cauliflower Casserole

   I wanted to mix it up a bit, and share an awesome side dish. Cauliflower is an awesome vegetable and it’s really nice to have with a meal. Want to make it even healthier, add some camel milk. Check it Out!

The DromeDairy™ Cauliflower Casserole

(Will Fill A Large Baking Dish)


-4 slices of bread (your choice of bread, I use wheat).

-Cauliflower (However much you want to purchase)


-6 cloves of garlic

-1 cup of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk

-Your choice of cheese (I usually use low fat cheddar)

-¾ tablespoon of salt

-¾ tablespoon of pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Toast bread until golden brown and place in a food processor, process until crumbs measure to 3 cups.
  3. Cook cauliflower in boiling water 15 minutes and drain water using strainer.
  4. Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee in a skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add 3 garlic cloves.
  6. Cook for 7 minutes (stirring frequently)
  7. Add all purpose flour into a measuring cup and make sure it’s level.
  8. Add flour and cup of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk.
  9. Whisk until blended.
  10. Put pan on low and cook for 2 minutes or it appears thick (constantly stir)
  11. Add 3/4 tablespoon salt, choice of cheese, and cracked pepper.
  12. Remove and add  to cauliflower.
  13. Put cauliflower and mix into baking dish coated with ghee.
  14. Melt 1 teaspoon of ghee in a skillet on medium heat.
  15. Add 3 garlic cloves
  16. Cook until they appear light brown.
  17. Remove from heat.
  18. Add breadcrumbs.
  19. Add remaining garlic and ghee mix,  
  20. Add breadcrumbs evenly over the cauliflower.
  21. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
