Cooking With Camel Milk: Baked Scallops

DromeDairy™ Baked Scallops

Serves: 4


-10 Scallops

-½ Cup of DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk

-½ Cup of Tomato Sauce

-1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil

-4 Garlic Cloves

-1 Cup of Chopped Onions

-Freshly Chopped Oregano

-Sea Salt

-Cracked Pepper


  1. Head to your oven and preheat to 450F.
  2. Obtain a skillet and heat on stove at medium heat.
  3. Add the coconut oil and diced onions to the skillet and saute until the onions begin to change a lighter color.
  4. Now add the Garlic Cloves, Tomato Sauce, DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk and Oregano.
  5. Season lightly with the Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper and stir for a maximum of 3 minutes.  
  6. Obtain a baking dish and lay the Scallops evenly throughout the bottom.
  7. Pour the mixed topping from the skillet over the Scallops in the baking dish.
  8. Place in your oven and let cook for about 12 - 15 minutes.
  9. Pull the Scallops out of the oven and you’re ready to serve!
