Cooking With Camel Milk: Jalapeño Egg Cups

   I’m enthusiastic about breakfast, because it jumpstarts your metabolism and is a healthy way to start the morning. Egg recipes are easy to make and delicious if done correctly. Egg cups are perfect to incorporate camel milk into because of all the added nutritional value. This is a perfect breakfast to throw together for the kids or family before school and work. Not only is this recipe healthy in general, but it is paleo-approved. Typically paleo enthusiasts shy away from the dairy category all together, but since we are using camel milk this breakfast is 100% paleo friendly!

DromeDairy™ Jalapeño Egg Cups

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes


-4 Jalapeño Peppers

-8 Eggs (I usually purchase at a farmers market)

-½ an Onion (diced)

-¼ cup of DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk

-¼ cup of Bell Peppers

-½ tablespoon of Garlic Powder

-Sea Salt

-Black Pepper  


  1. Head to your oven and preheat to 375F.
  2. Get a mixing bowl and a whisk.
  3. Slice and remove seeds from jalapeño peppers.
  4. Dice onions and bell peppers.
  5. Add the Eggs, DromeDairy™ camel milk, garlic powder.
  6. Then add bell peppers, jalapeños and onions.
  7. Sprinkle salt & peppers as you wish.
  8. Whisk until sufficiently blended.
  9. Pour the mixture into a oven safe muffin tin.
  10. Place in the oven & bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool until ready to serve.

   This serves a great healthy breakfast, and is even better with fresh fruit! This recipe definitely creates one of the better breakfast dishes around.
