Cooking With Camel Milk: The DromeDairy™ Date Cake

   What better way to finish off a meal than with a healthy spin on a succulent, delicious dessert? Date cake is not only tasty, but fun for the whole family to enjoy together. The DromeDairy™ Date Cake


- 2 Cups of Dates (preferred that you chop them)

- 1 Cup of Boiling Hot Water

-1 Cup of DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk

-½ Cup of Ghee or Butter (your choice)

-1 Cup of Sugar

-2 Cups of Flour (any works, I often use all-purpose or almond)

-2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda

-1 Cup of Assorted Nuts (Optional)


  1. Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit (177C)
  2. Obtain a cake pan or pyrex, also a mixing bowl.
  3. Add your dates to the mixing bowl
  4. Then add the 2 tablespoons of baking soda.  
  5. Now add 1 cup of boiling water.
  6. Also add your 1 cup of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk.
  7. Now stir all ingredients and let batter sit until settled.
  8. The Mix the ghee (or butter), then add your sugar
  9. Finally add the settled date mixture.
  10. If you decided to use assorted nuts add those now.
  11. Place pan in the oven, once the oven is heated to 350F (177C).
  12. Let bake for 35 minutes, remove and let cool.
  13. Cut a large slice of delicious DromeDairy™ Date Cake and Enjoy!
